Quick Replies, Botler Customization and improvements to Contacts
You may have noticed a new icon in the messaging box. This new icon is for Quick Replies. Quick Replies are templates for messages that you send regularly. Instead of typing the same response over and over again, you can now create a saved response and even associate it with keyword tags.
Getting Started with Quick Replies
To get started with Quick Replies select the icon in the message box. Since this is a new feature you will not have any stored Quick Replies.
From here select the "Create New" button to get started. You can then enter your Quick Reply message and apply any keywords or tags to the message.
Keywords or tags are designed to make it easier to filter your Quick Replies as you create more and more of them.
Editing Quick Replies
To edit your Quick Replies select the "Manage Replies" link underneath the "Create New" button. In Edit Mode, you can change the message of your Quick Reply or change the tags that you have associated with them.
Sending Quick Replies
To send a Quick Reply, simple select it from your list of Quick Replies. It will then be inserted into the message box where you can add to it, modify it and send it when you are ready.
Along with customizing Botler's greeting message and updating his profile picture, you can now enter your own custom away and offline message as well.
